Cream ice cream with milk

One of the most popular recipes on the Mama Doma website is ice cream with sour cream. But since not everyone can eat sour cream, but at the same time consume milk, we have prepared a recipe for ice cream with milk. It is prepared just as quickly, and at the same time very tasty and light.
Milk 350 ml
Sugar 180 gr
Butter 250 gr
Eggs 2 pcs.
Flour 50 gr
Ice cream with milk has a custard base of milk, eggs and flour and is then whipped with butter.
It turns out less fat than on sour cream and starch, and less saturated. You can diversify the taste of ice cream in milk with vanilla or rum. But if you are going to serve ice cream with milk to children, then you should not add alcohol.
Take the butter out of the refrigerator before making the custard. It should be warm and fluffy easily.
Cooking custard ice cream with milk
Break eggs, sugar and flour, add 100 grams of milk. Mix the whole mixture well so that there are no lumps.
We boil milk. When it boils, slowly pour into the mixture of eggs and sugar, stirring constantly.
Pour the entire mixture with milk back into the pan and boil.
Milk ice cream should not be too thick! It will thicken when it cools down. We remove the cream from the heat as soon as it boils for about a minute. Be sure to stir it with a spoon or whisk, as it burns instantly.
Cover the ice cream with milk with a film, directly on the surface of the cream. Then a film does not form on it, and let it cool.
After cooling, mix the butter and cream, beat it into foam, and can serve.
What to serve cream ice cream with milk?
